At Home Farm Produce Co, we strive to provide the highest quality meat products and customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

How to Report an Issue
1. Email us at orders@homefarmproduce.co with the following details:
   - Your order number
   - A description of the issue
   - Photos of the product, if applicable

Resolution Options:
Upon reviewing your case, we will offer one of the following solutions:
   - A replacement of the product
   - A refund for the product

Terms and Conditions:
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
- We reserve the right to request the return of any product for inspection before a resolution is provided.
- Refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days after approval.
